Close to the upper town and well served by the main access routes, this 49-room hotel is a haven of peace for travelers. You arrive at the bright reception area, then the bar and lounge area. A little further on is the restaurant serving traditional cuisine. On the1st floor, spacious and comfortable, the rooms are all equipped with bathroom and satellite TV. The welcome is charming and the service attentive. Finally, the hotel is just a fifteen-minute walk from the medieval town.

La chambre etait morbide, à peine rentré on est dans l'ambiance: odeur de cigarette, moquette des années 80, on peux à peine se tenir debout car les chambres sont sous les toits et dans la douche, on a un mix de moisissure et d'odeur désagréable! Après avoir annulé ma réservation pour une deuxième nuit, la gérante a absolument voulu que je pai pour cette deuxième nuit, (annulation faite tardivement a 14h....) Après cette montrer menaçante et pire que désagréable, j'ai fini par payer la deuxième nuit. Elle a ensuite appelé mon entreprise pour me porter préjudice... si vous voulez évité une nuit d'horeur et une gérante se prenant pour un dictateur, éviter cette hôtel.

Very good hotel, located at the foot of the upper town to visit the Provins medieval and to return without using vehicle. Impeccable hygiene and hospitality.
