The menu, generous and refined, features mouth-watering dishes: brioche with goat's cheese, fricassee of snails and chanterelle mushrooms, wild boar estouffade with cranberry confit, duck leg confit with Bordelaise sauce, scallops with morel mushroom cream, vegetarian wok...
