This site is a fine example of industrial architecture from the 1860s to the 1920s

Founded by the Menier family, this site is a beautiful example of industrial architecture from the 1860s to the 1920s. By discovering it, you will know everything about the production of chocolate or almost! You will see two buildings with apparent metallic structure (Saulnier mill where cocoa beans were crushed and Eiffel hall where chocolate was kept cold), one of the first buildings in reinforced concrete and post-and-beam structure and many other buildings that are really worth a visit!

Très beau site, accessible depuis le parc de Noisiel. Il s’agit des bâtiments historiques de la chocolaterie Meunier.
Une cascade artificielle et un joli panorama naturel vous y attendent

Bâtiment construction par Eiffel, il me semble ou ses disciples. Lieu agréable en bord de marne et près du parc de Noisiel.

Il est possible de visiter le site de la Chocolaterie Meunier selon des dates précises (service patrimoine de la ville de Noisiel). Accompagné d'un guide, il est possible d'arpenter le domaine et de rentrer dans les deux bâtiments notables de la chocolaterie : le Moulin Saulnier et la "Cathédrale". Très intéressant et incroyable de découvrir ce patrimoine industriel !
