Super endroit qui montre tous les aspects du brie de Meaux, de son origine à sa fabrication. Personnel aux petits soins des visiteurs. Nous avons reçu pleins de conseils super intéressants de Florian. Grâce à lui nous avons découvert un restaurant super sympa... merci pour cet agréable moment!
