Since 2017, La Toile du Chef hasn't stopped delighting its guests. Chef Jérémy Merliot, a master restaurateur, favors local and 100% home-grown products. There's little choice on the menu, but plenty of refinement in a bistronomic spirit combining regional flavors (brie, Meaux mustard...) and those from further afield: foie gras terrine with pear jelly and licorice powder; dolphinfish bream and its breaded artichoke; pan-fried rack of veal and grilled white asparagus with saffron jus; baba infused with amber rum syrup, passion fruit caramel...
