This farm, where the soft wheat is grown to make the flour for the pasta, sells pasta from local farmers! Adrien and Virginie go to great lengths to offer a superb range of products on direct sale in the shops of local producers and in restaurants in the gourmet version. Our favourite is the chocolate pasta, the recipe which was made with the collaboration of the chocolate maker in La Houssaye-en-Brie.
