It's the table at the Théâtre de Sénart: the Totem. It's a place bathed in light, with a simple credo: good produce, conviviality and dishes made entirely on the premises. Resident chef Vincent Marcy offers traditional dishes revisited by his own talent, using seasonal produce and, wherever possible, locally-grown produce. For the moment, the place is open for lunch, as well as in the evenings during theatrical performances, but stay tuned: the opening slots for dinner could soon be extended!

At Totem, la Table du Théâtre-Sénart, we want to share our values with you:

Vincent Marcy, a creative chef from Avignon who has worked at La Mirande (Avignon), Bouillon Pigalle (Paris) and Grand Véfour (Paris), is Totem's resident chef.
Inspired by the traditional French cuisine of Auguste Escoffier, the great 20th-century chef, Vincent Marcy and his team concoct and offer generous, modern cuisine at democratic prices.
Totem's cuisine is intimately linked to our terroirs, to offer simple, tasty and comforting homemade dishes.
In addition, culinary diversity will be emphasized to vary tastes and experiences.
In this way, seasonal sourcing, as local as possible, and the most sustainable agriculture possible are a matter of course for us, and an ongoing effort.
