Chef Bernard Marchetti offers golfers affordable, carefully prepared French cuisine, with clearly identified classics: onion soup, oven-roasted camembert with honey and rosemary, roast pollack with orange endives and carmine, 12-hour beef confit with fusillis à la forestière, apple strudel aumônière. Small cellar with some good references.
