There was no obvious place to get cold drinking water.
A bookshelf for exchanging books would be a very welcome addition.
Si le camping a un taux de remplissage fort, il peut y avoir de l'attente aux sanitaires. Ces derniers sont dans l'ensemble propres. En revanche, quelques "révisions" sont nécessaires : machines à laver qui ne fonctionnent pas, robinets dévissés, douches à l'évacuation difficile.
We came back to report the damage, and they said they already knew about the damage and asked us to come the next morning for a replacement. The next morning, they did not have a replacement pad available. I explained my discontent, and requested a refund, which they seemed to agree with, but could not refund on the spot. They asked me to contact them by e-mail and explain the situation. So I did, and they promptly rejected. They are also claiming that they have informed me, that the crash pads are checked for damage, that it's my loss because we used the pad for lack of a better option. I'd been driving to the camping and back 5 times in 4 days.
To be honest, I do not care about the money, I just find their attitude appalling. They even admit several other pads are in broken condition (quote from e-mail, "some of their crash pads are badly damaged"). They are making money from this but not maintaining or replacing their equipment, and spinning the blame on their customer.
