Dominique Heuzé set up his honey house in 2011, on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest, providing his bees with a natural and varied environment. The 49 hives produce a wide range of quality honey: spring, flower, acacia, lime and chestnut. The apiary also offers other products, including beeswax, raw propolis and flower pollen. You can also discover Olivier Roellinger's delicious homemade gingerbread with honey from the hive and spices.
