CAPRICES & TENTATIONS

Delicatessen

With her passion for spices and her passion for cocoa, Laetitia has been based in Tournan-en-Brie since 2012, and is now established in Crécy. Let's face it! Once you've entered the store, you'll be irresistibly drawn in by the chocolate bonbons: Mokaya, Cyrano, Palet d'Or... As many dreams as promises kept. Here, we travel from one terroir to another, to the whim of grape varieties and aromas.

MAISON DIJOLS

Charcuterie

Jean and Christelle Dijols, charcutiers with a passion for culinary traditions, excel. Among other distinctions, twice champion of France in the superior white ham category, Jean's work is a blend of tradition and inventiveness, much to our delight. Better still, as a member of the Chevaliers du Goûte boudin de Mortagne-au-Perche brotherhood, he offers us a dish based on free-range pork, spices and fresh produce... An address in the noblest sense of the word, where you'll be sure to do your meat shopping. And the regulars are not mistaken!

FERME DE FÉROLLES

Fruit and vegetable producers

Since 1997, this farm has been growing pulses, hazelnuts and cereals using conservation agriculture: green, blond and black lentils, split peas... as well as oils: rapeseed, sunflower, linseed, hazelnut, packaged in 25 cl bottles. In the orchard, there are no machines to control the vegetation, just pretty sheep that provide the wool for quilts and pillows. The farm opens its doors every year for the Balade du Goût (2nd weekend in October) to the hazelnut orchard, where you can let yourself be guided!
