The current farmers have taken over the flock of sheep raised by their grandparents. Their sheep are 100% naturally fed. Plus, they sow, plant, care for and cultivate vegetables sustainably before harvesting them and offering them fresh on the market. Lamb meat is sold in boxes. You can also find lamb meat from the Ferme de la Carrière, in retail, at the Ferme du Moulin in Marles-en-Brie. And you can follow the births on the farm's Facebook page!
