For almost twenty-five years now, the Rabourdin brewery has been one of the oldest microbreweries in the département, and a model of development, combining family management with respect for traditional methods. Today, the brewery has an audience that extends beyond the region, embodying Brie beer throughout France, notably through its beer ranges, such as the famous Briarde.
