Museum located in the Parc des Capucins, presenting collections on local history from prehistory to the present day

Located in the Parc des Capucins, this museum retraces local history from prehistory to the present day, bringing together a vast collection (objects, paintings, sculptures) and the "grotte aux coquillages", a funerary chapel unique in France and listed as a Monument Historique. But you'll have to wait until the work is completed in 2025 to see these marvels. In the meantime, it's still possible to visit the superb park, which became famous thanks to the novel The Princess of Cleves.
