Les Amis du Vieux Château de Brie-Comte-Robert is an association under the French law of 1901, founded to promote cultural and educational action to safeguard, rehabilitate and enhance the heritage of Brie-Comte-Robert and the surrounding area. Through archaeological digs, archive research and restoration of the château, volunteers have been helping to enhance the monument since 1982. The association organizes workshops, tours and other events open to the public.

Do not expect much archaeological richness on if small site. The museum is clear, bright. the explanations are within easy reach of all. Good time in family, friends. And the entrance is free.
