Initially built around 1220, the fortress knew multiple modifications and enlargements before being abandoned and its ruins sold to the commune in the XIXth century. In 1986, its restoration begins. 20 years later, in 2007, the castle of Blandy, restored, is inaugurated. It impresses by its high structures which contrast with the traditional houses. Its visit reveals its covered ways, its courtyard, its cellar and its various rooms and towers. Events and craft festivals are organized there.

Ce petit château-fort Seine-et-Marnais offre également la possibilité d'en visiter une grande partie pour en découvrir davantage, ainsi qu'un bon point de vue sur la campagne environnante depuis le haut de son donjon. Sans oublier ses événements très variés tout le long de l'année !
