For over 12 years, this master craftsman baker and compagnon boulanger du devoir has been offering a range of breads, from the most traditional to the most original. Choose from seed, cereal and fruit breads... In addition, you can enjoy a variety of homemade viennoiseries and pastries. It's worth noting that organic flours and other local products, straight from the hands of local artisans, are used to make the breads and other delicacies. The staff are very welcoming.

Een typische Franse boulangerie. Heerlijk vers brood en zoetigheid. Vriendelijk personeel. Neem ook de moeite om even verder het plaatsje in te lopen. Barbizon is een kunstenaarsdorp en zo de moeite waard om te bezoeken en even een verse koffie op n terras te drinken. En gewoon even genieten van een relaxte Franse sfeer.

Le pain était correct (ficelle), en revanche la galette des rois n'était pas bonne. Le feuilleté et la garniture n'étaient vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix. Je veux bien payer un prix élevé si la qualité est au rdv. De plus la taille de la galette 4 personnes est ridiculement petite, du coup on a prit pour 6 personnes.

Excellente qualité du pain ( pains rares) , des pâtisseries, et très bons accueils et conseils de la part de l'équipe !!
