At the Filbois Family Farm, sheep, "Gâtinaise" chickens, guinea fowl, ducks and geese, as well as rabbits and pigeons are raised on the farm's crops. You can also discover the educational farm by appointment. As for the farm shop, in addition to poultry, it offers a large choice of home-made terrines and rillettes as well as local products: honey, gingerbread, cheese, jams, apple juice, ciders... But also Gâtine, the emblematic beer of the Gâtinais territory, in blond, brown, amber or white.
