Passing through this shop, we're saying we have to push the door because meat seems to have a soul. The long tail of customers, even under heavy rain, proves that here we do not laugh with quality. Beef from Aquitaine, the Lamb of the Lot, the Landes chicken, the guinea fowl of Normandy, the Breton sausage, the hams AOC… The eyes are bound to be closed.
