Disappointing for a place claiming to serve ‘specialty’ coffee. The filtered coffee was below average at best. I asked for it hot, and the cashier responded with a smug, condescending tone as if I’d asked for something absurd—claiming it “can’t come iced.” If you know anything about coffee, you’d know that iced filter is a standard offering: iced V60, iced batch brew, iced of the day—take your pick. Maybe train your staff to actually understand coffee before they talk down to customers.

The barista was rude and came off as entitled. We simply asked if the filtered coffee could be served iced (a reasonable and common request )and were met with a blunt, unfriendly “no.” Even if it wasn’t possible, there’s a way to respond politely. The coffee itself was below average, certainly not good enough to justify the attitude. If you’re going to act like you serve top-tier coffee, at least make sure the coffee lives up to it. I give it 0/10. Not recommended
