Its customer service is similar to the best of Hilton or Marriott. Its room was clean. All of the snacks and various types of coffee drinks were free during my stay.

Nous avons séjourné en couple à l'hotel Monterosa pour 4 nuits en mai 2025.|Bien située,l'infrastructure est très bien entretenue.L'équipe sur place s'est montrée très agréable, accueillante et à l'écoute,qui a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec efficacité .Le petit déjeuner était conforme à nos attentes.|Nous conseillons l'hotel Monterosa.

中心地のオペラ座からも近く、ホテル周辺にはスーパーやレストラン、ベーカリーなども豊富にありとてもアクセスしやすい場所でした。スタッフさんもとてもフレンドリーで困っていることにはすぐ手助けをしてくれました。部屋もコンパクトながら清潔感があり、毎日の清掃も素晴らしいものでした。パリに行くならこちらのホテルをおすすめします。

My husband and I used Hotel Monterosa as a home base for our 3 week trip to Paris. The rooms were very clean! The location is in a non-touristy area. We found that to be a plus, because we were able to find great meals at reasonable prices. The walk to the Metro station or bus was about 5 minutes. We felt very safe walking in the area. The hotel has a great breakfast (for a fee). We ate breakfast here every day! In the afternoon and evening, they set out snacks, nonalcoholic drinks and water in the breakfast area (free). You can visit any Astotel in Paris to take advantage of the snacks. We visited 5 or 6 other Astotels and they were all lovely and welcoming. There is also a free minibar with soft drinks in the room that is restocked daily. The best thing this hotel offers is amazing customer service. Emma at the front desk went out of her way to make our stay awesome! If we ever visit Paris again we will stay at Hotel Monterosa. I would recommend any of the other Astotels as well.

Ottimo hotel situato in una posizione direi strategica per girare a piedi tutta Parigi e visitare le attrazioni.
Le camere sono molto pulite e il personale è molto cordiale.
Unica piccola pecca è la colazione che sembra andare ad esaurimento più passano i giorni e con il pane non consumato che lo ripropongono i giorni seguenti (raffermo). La pulizia delle tovagliette è all acqua di rose

He vuelto a este hotel por la buena experiencia que tuve hace unos años y de nuevo ha conseguido que me sienta cómoda y con todo lo que necesito para mi viaje. La opción de poder parar a "repostar" en otros hoteles de la cadena sin duda es un añadido extra y muy especial.

Le réceptionniste est très gentil ainsi que le personnel d'entretien.
(J'ai retiré une étoile à mon avis car nous avions réservé la dernière chambre et du coup pas la meilleur.. mais j'ai déjà expliqué pourquoi au réceptionniste).

Great hotel ,all the staff were nice ,good location 5 minutes to metro ,rooms were good suze for paris ,and very clean ,mini bar was free for soft drinks ,tv,safe,all in working order ,good breakfast for 10 euro ,would definitely stay here again

Hotel confortable et calme. Personnel très accueillant. Dommage qu'une panne de chaudière (intervenue durant le we ait privé la clientèle d'eau chaude). Heureusement que l'hôtel situé juste en face à permis au clients de se doucher). Un dédommagement serait le bienvenu.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet street near the Meteo, and bus station. In the evening there are many bars and good restaurants. Not scary place . Clean rooms and the team of the hotel are very humble . We got a room to the street and it was very lovely and nice.

C’est la troisième fois que je vais dans cet hôtel et il est vraiment très bien.|Bien placé, entre St Lazare et Batignolles, l’accueil est très agréable et les chambres pas trop excessives.|Le wifi est bon et on peut avoir des boissons gratuites à volonté (sans alcool).|Le oetit déjeuner est parfait.

Idéalement placé dans le 9ème arrondissement. Proche théâtres. Station de métro, ligne 12 à 2 pas. Conciergerie où laisser valise.
Très propre, petit déjeuner complet, personnel très agréable. Et en-cas à volonté inclus dans le tarif de 14h00 à 02 heures du matin.

Very cozy hotel, spacious enough room with a nice balcony, comfortable bed, friendly staff, great location half-way between Montmartre and Opera Garnier, metro station 5 minutes away, quiet neighborhood, a good French restaurant across the street - all great!

Le principe de l'hôtel est très bien, il est possible de se restaurer dans tous les hôtels parisien du groupe ce qui est très pratique lors d'un séjour sur la capitale. |La chambre et salle de bain sont propres et spacieuse. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y retournerai très volontiers si l'occasion se représente.

The room my wife and I stayed in was very spacious, and served our needs wonderfully. the hotel amenities suited our wants and needs. The location has great food options close by and is perfect to access to all major attractions. location is also good for walking and for accessing local transportation options. I would stay here again if given the opportunity

Hôtel très mignon, un accueil très très agréable , chambre atypique pleine de charme, je rajoute que le petit déjeuner offert en plus des boissons du mini bar de la chambre en plus de l’accès au buffet en journée tout est offert !! C’est exceptionnel |Je recommande |Je reviendrai |Merci

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal à proximité des transports. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine et tout était impeccable, digne d’un grand palace. Au petit déjeuner, une employée du nom de RAMA prenait soin de toute la salle. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, elle était attentive, à l’écoute et surtout très propre.
Cependant, le week-end, à notre grande surprise, une nouvelle équipe est arrivée, dont une femme que nous avions vue aux étages nommée BETU qui était maintenant dans la cuisine .
La salle du petit déjeuner ressemblait à un marché, ils parlaient très fort entre eux. De plus, il y avait un monsieur qui ne parlait pas un mot de français. Nous étions dégoûtés car tout était parfait pendant la semaine.
P.S: les produits de douche manqués aussi

The best at Paris and around

Rooms were clean and tidy, nothing to complain about. The only thing is a plumbing issue - not possible to get warm water in the shower on 5th floor where we stayed, only hot one. Maybe some issue with water pressure, but who knows. We were so happy with everything else, that this issue was almost unnoticeable.
Another remarkable thing is breakfast. It is served on the ground floor with lovely street view. Tea, coffee, juice, eggs, bacon, some fresh fruits, fresh bread, etc. Absolutely satisfying. Some snacks are available during the day, but again we never used it, we were returning to the hotel only in the evenings.
In a nutshell, I 100% recommend this hotel for short stay in Paris.
