I found the staff at the Monsieur Helder Hotel Opera to be very welcoming and attending. My room was a single room, so it was small but adequate and kept clean with daily housekeeping services. The location is great, located near the Opera and Galeries Lafayette, and a short 15 to 20 minute walk to the Louvre. Convenient to several metro stations also. If you are just look for a place to sleep while enjoying the sties of Paris, I would recommend this hotel.

This was the 3rd stay but we were very disappointed with the service. We asked for more coffee pods because of our habit to drink coffee before morning business in the bathroom. Then another before we leave for adventure. The front said it's normally 1 euro each but the coffee would be left in the room. So we got 4 that day,
After the day later maid did not fill in coffee. Perhaps we asked for extra that overlimit 1each customer. I don't think it costs a lot for one pod. Also the maid did not refill the lotion. I felt that it's not 3 stars hotel. Most of the 3 stars hotel we stayed
would offer, shower cap, sewing kits. Please put your foot in someone's shoe for the travelers who travel only carry on. We can't carry much so we don't want to carry something we don't need. Only hope the hotel would provide the necessary stuffs while we stay. I referred one friend to stay here with us. But from now -No more referral and might not stay again. The A/C did not turn on even we tried, then we had to call the front every day we stayed to turn on. We picked this hotel as it has A/C for the price we paid for so I hope we have the rights to have it's ready to go not to have to call the front to activate it every time.
Probably no more stay here. There are many more hotel available to can stay.

Soggiorno perfetto. Posizione ottima, tutto facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi (o anche camminando se, come a me, ti piace farlo). Camera piccola ma super accogliente, con tutto il necessario. Letti molto comodi, ho adorato i cuscini! Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.|Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno e riprenoterò questo hotel al 100% per il mio prossimo viaggio a|Parigi (speriamo il prima possibile :) ).

Eccellente, ottimamente collegato e centrale, pulitissimo. Camere di dimensioni normali per Parigi, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella hall prima della partenza e dopo il check out. Torneremo sicuramente

Très joli hôtel dans le quartier de l'Opera, facile d'accès. |Le personnel est aux petits soins et très arrangeant. |L'hôtel, ainsi que les chambres, sont joliment décorés et d'une grande propreté. |Les chambres sont très agréables, la literie de qualité, et permettent de se reposer au calme après une journée de balade dans Paris.|Nous reviendrons certainement, une adresse à garder !

We enjoyed our stay here- great location for food, shopping and close to metros. Nicolas and the rest of the staff were very helpful and always happy to answer all our questions. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.

Super Lage, schnelle Anbindung zur Metro und auch zu Fuß zum Louvre. Zimmer in der 5.Etage mit kleinen Ausblick. Zimmergröße für einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Alles sauber, Bett ohne Beanstandung und weiche Handtücher. Das Umfeld ist mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten super und angenehm.

The hotel is great! Starting with the personnel, the room design and cleanliness, everything was perfect! |The location is also great, close to the Opera and the metro station. I definitely recommend and i’d come back here anytime. |Also, the restaurant downstairs, amazing!

I enjoyed my stay at Monsieur Helder. I wish my room were a little more spacious but everything is clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable.

It is conveniently located near the airport bus station. It is located in an alley for a quiet stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was polite and charming. The elevator is too small for three people with luggage.

On a pssé un séjour très agréable à l'hôtel Monsieur Helder. Tout est propre et l'ambience est bonne. J'aurais soujaiter une chambre plus spacieuse mais l'importance c'est que le lit double et les oreillers sont confortables. Le restaurant attaché est excellent mais ce serait mieux si l'heure de l'ouverture commence un peu plus tôt. Finalement le personnel est très sympa et attentif.

Sehr guter Service und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, nur für 3 Erwachsene recht klein, was aber für Paris wohl typisch ist. Außerdem haben wir uns dort sowieso nur zum Schlafen aufgehalten (4 Nächte insgesamt). Die Betten waren gut (1 Dopplbett, 1 kleines Einzelbett). Der Kleiderschrank war sehr klein, wir haben unsere Sachen zum Großteil im Koffer gelassen. ||Die Lage vom Hotel ist top, man ist schnell bei Bus/Metro, erreicht aber vieles auch zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit. Ideal für eine Städtereise.||Wir hatten täglich das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel London gebucht. Es war für uns ausreichend und der Service dort auch einwandfrei. Nur etwas Rohkost wie Gurke und Paprika wäre noch schön gewesen. Der Kaffee war sehr gut!||Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix à 200m de l’Opéra. Un hôtel pratique, très fonctionnel, où il ne manque rien. Personnel attentionné, restaurant sympa sur place. A conseiller pour des séjours de quelques jours dans la capitale, sans se prendre la tête…

It's the second time I stay at Monsieur Helder and I really like it for the cost benefit and the location - very well located next to Lafayette and Opera, metro stations also super close, and you can easily walk to other neighborhoods. Room is small but gets the job done for a couple of nights. Friendly staff.

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour chez Mr HELDER
L'hôtel est très bien situé, l'accueil d'une gentillesse très appréciable
Big Up à Sonia qui est vraiment hyper sympa, ainsi que toute l'équipe
La chambre était confortable
L'hôtel est un 23 chambres donc intimiste ce qui est fort appréciable
Son petit côté design parisien et new-yorkais est sympa
Pour conclure, oui je reviendrai

Wonderful little hotel! The location is excellent and Sonia on reception made us feel welcome even before we had arrived. Your friendliness and happy to help energy makes you a great asset to this hotel.
Our room was perfect for what we needed with a window that opens and one in the bathroom. Quiet, clean room, coffee machine, and water bottle. Beds are firm but comfortable. 7 mins walk to Galleries Lafayette and L’Olympia as we were there for a concert. Wild and the Moon vegan cafe had delicious food and great coffee. Palais Garnier 7 mins away too. Merci, we will be back.

Très bon accueil.
Chambre classique petite mais fonctionnelle placée à côté de l'ascenseur mais celui-ci n'a semble-t-il pas fonctionné la nuit car pas entendu.
Petit défaut de conception dans la salle de bain avec le toilette qui ne permet pas de s'asseoir dessus normalement à cause du meuble du lavabo positionné juste en face.
Très propre à part le toilette qui avait visiblement été oublié au nettoyage vu les traces présentes sur la cuvette.
Petit déjeuner non végétarien très bien à prendre dans un hôtel à la décoration sympathique situé à 2 pas.
Petit bémol aussi sur le fait de ne pas avoir été prévenu pour la caution de 100 euros à verser à l'arrivée.
