This hotel is looking for pop vintage and retro design: Colorful colors, furniture 1950-60 in plain wood, disparate seats, etc. The very pleasant lobby has a beautiful glass bay. The rooms, coquettes and intimacies are equipped with a courtesy tray, ipod station and environmentally friendly reception products.

I was due to travel from London and stay Tuesday 6th - Thursday 8th May, I was really looking forward to my stay.
Unfortunately my Grandmother died on the Tuesday morning so I had to cancel my entire Trip to Paris all together.
The Hotel has since refused point blank to Refund my Stay despite the Death of my Grandmother.
I spoke to one of the Hotel Team on Tuesday & they talked about ‘The Business side’ ????????♂️
I’m sorry when it comes to the Death of a Family Member you make an exception to ‘The Business side’ and any ‘No Refund Policy’
This reflects really really badly on the Hotel & the Manager Joan Chaussey has since declined to respond to my Emails. Disgusting Customer Service. They don’t care about the Death of one of their Customers Family Members putting Money & Business above this.
