They select the traveler, take care of the cleaning, give the keys to the traveler, answer all his questions... In short, it is really the ideal solution to rent your apartment if you go on a long stay as a nomadic worker. You won't have to take care of anything and you'll be able to collect the money from your rental!

Catastrophique, je ne recommande pas. On s'attend a un service "haut de gamme" mais ça ne l'est pas du tout. Les commentaires reçus sur les annonces sont mauvais et cela ne rend pas les logements attractifs. De plus les délais de réponses sont longs. A fuir!!!

Called them 20 times and emailed them for the information of key deposits . NO response from Thileli and the service client. Horrible service for owner who rents their place. Highly recommend not to use this service. And the

Knapp 4 Monate nach unserer Buchung wurde diese einfach ohne die Angabe eines wirklichen Grundes storniert.
Zitat: „Hallo, es
tut mir leid, ich muss Ihre Buchung aufgrund eines unvorhergesehenen Ereignisses in diesen Terminen stornieren.“
Gleichzeitig werden von diesem Referenten fast identische Ferienwohnungen im selben Gebäude und der selben Ausstattung (ausgelegt für 11 statt 10 Personen) für knapp 1000€ mehr angeboten, welche auch für unseren Zeitraum verfügbar wären.
Grundsätzlich war der HostnFly Referent immer sehr zügig bei seinen Antworten.
Auf unsere rückfragen bezüglich der Stornierung und was nun passieren soll, da wir bereits Flüge, Zugtickets und Busfahrten alle gebucht haben und diese nicht mehr stornieren können, sowie um unsere Bitte um Hilfe, wurde nicht reagiert.
Ein absolut unverschämtes Verhalten, welches ich nur ungern akzeptiere.
