Restaurant-counter-fish shop in Paris serving oysters, whelks, shellfish and fish.

This shack minimizes the chain from producer to consumer by partnering with an oyster farmer from Riec-sur-Bélon, Maison Thaëron. As a result, prices are very competitive: 24 euros for a dozen N° 3 oysters, not a lot in Paris, especially since the quality is top-notch. In addition to oysters, bulots-mayo and blue lobster, Juste's menu features ocean delights, such as scallops with butternut crumble. Really, it's worth coming here.

Can’t believe we spent €40 per person on this restaurant. We order the special oyster, razor clams and mussels and they are not fresh, smelly and full of sand. The quality is so bad that there are only so little meat under the shells (literally only a tiny bit of meat and the rest is garlic and butter). One of the waiters is really friendly but the other laughed when we couldn’t read the menu. Really bad experience, never again.
