My granddaughter and I took a crepe making class here. The owner was amazing! 3 hours flew by with his animated and fun instructions. In the end we were enjoying the delicious crepes we made under his instruction, along with his sensational homemade sauces!

Apto para celiacos. Las crepes son de trigo sarraceno y las hacen separadas de las crepes de trigo, siguiendo el protocolo para evitar la contaminación. Atención excelente y las gallettes buenísimas. Nos pedimos menús y las crepes de postre nos las hicieron con harina de gallette para que fuesen también sin gluten. Además nos pedimos dos gallettes sorpresa: le dices a la camarera que es lo que no te gusta y es el chef el que decide con qué ingredientes te la hace. Puede incluir ingredientes que no estén en la carta. Con las nuestras han atinado.

Si vous souhaitez manger de vraies galettes bretonnes, foncez les yeux fermés ! Les galettes sont très bien garnies et croustillantes! Il est même possible de composer ses propres galettes.

Update: This is my favorite crêperie in Paris. The galettes and crêpes are both amazing! The service is also always very friendly.

Original from June 2022: Amazing! The galette (savory buckwheat crêpe) was delicious, and the homemade iced tea was also great!

Service was very attentive and quick.

Food was disappointing; one of our crepes was actually crispy, the veggie galette was just a galette and veggies, no salt or pepper, and my egg & cheese galette used what looked to be Kraft cheese singles.

Atmosphere was quiet but looked a bit old.

I did a crepe making class with Stephane at Caramel Sarrasin and it was fabulous!! The instructions were clear and fun, Stephane was enthusiastic and interactive, and the atmosphere was very low-stress and fun. I learned a lot about crepe making and had a blast making my own. I will be using what I learned to make crepes at home! The class is very much worth it!

I attended a crepe making class here and it was absolutely fabulous! The chef, Stephane, was so knowledgeable and generous in sharing his knowledge. The crepes we made were incredible, so I can’t even imagine how wonderful it would be to have the real pros make us the crepes. I would most definitely recommend this place.

My favourite creperie in Paris, one is not packed full as in the creperies in the 14th, but the pancakes AND sweet pancakes are is excellent, and it is difficult to imagine a more pleasant than service here.
