Une Option de Plus is a Franco-Ecuadorian NGO that aims to support local associative initiatives in the fields of health, education and economic promotion in Ecuador. As a platform for professionalization of these Ecuadorian associations, Une Option de Plus analyzes and responds to their needs in terms of training and volunteers, while offering them permanent technical support. It recruits volunteers in many fields in order to organize training workshops or to respond to field needs.
