SIMON COACH
Professional coach, graduate in Master 2, specialty sport, health and nutrition, and licensed STAPS, specialty sports training, Simon has the task of achieving your goal. It offers classic programs, varying intensity and adapted according to your level and objectives, and delivery, post- or pre-natal programs. Former judo and gym teacher in Paris, Simon is also physical sport trainer, and trainer Pilate. Its credo is to associate exercise and enjoyment with the practice of a sport that one likes, or by doing it to achieve an objective that has been set. He puts his palette of skills, motivation and playful approach to training, so that each session counts.
