Pilates, swissball, Feldenkreis, stretching, dance… The Uma Centre offers all the disciplines dedicated to your well-being and health. Add Indian massage to essential oils, pleasant after sport and yoga sessions, but also gyrotonic, a method that resembles functional rehabilitation, by working on neuro coordination on machines, postures or muscle tone. Appreciated by pregnant women and any person with joint pain, ligamentaires or tendineuses, gyrotonic benefits from individual supervision during the first six sessions of one hour. Afterwards, you can follow collective courses led by two coaches who supervise the four machines available. A naturopath and diploma are also attached to the Uma Centre. A truly complete address.
