Violaine is like that: she wants, she does! Passionate about the cheese, and after having made its weapons in the restoration, it settled in 2008 in a small shop, not far from the Parc Monceau. She knows what she wants from the first day and it feels in her selection… Producers are all sorted on the track. Refining must be done in the rules of art. Violaine aligns alpine Beaufort cottage, sancerrois crottin, fresh goat, Camembert pie from Cotentin to raw milk, but also from Bordier or Echiré butter, cider, cider juices, desserts with the necessary cheesecake, salées, fromages cheeses in season.
