Here, the stars are undeniably the natural wines, made in bio dynamic, or, in any case, in respect of nature and land. The approximately 3,000 references on sale here go through the taste testing by the great team of Caves Augé. In this perfect setting with its wooden traps what reminds that the shop has existed since 1850, the team of Marc Sibard (a great defender of natural wines) learned, curious and passionate, offers excellent advice among a wide range of wines ordered on the flap. You can find everything in this great wine shop, including a few tastings that punctuate the year. It is a well-known establishment in the capital.
