Hi, I a traveller and bought 3 bottles of premium wine from the shop today. I want to be contacted by the shop and get the issue solved.

The tax refund document provided by the shop was rejected by the Charles-de gaulle airport detaxe desk, due to insufficient description. It said "vin" but it needs to have the name and colour of the wine. They asked me to contact the shop and get the money. This is non-sense. I tried to contact the shop but no one answered.
I want to be contacted and get this resolved.

For the help of the wine, there was a nicer person who helped me to get the wine that I went for, though he didn't find it from the garage but only from their stock list. So, there has been a delay but things happen. I don't mind, even though it was my 2nd visit for the wine pick-up after reserving it from the 1st visit.

In general, I do not find it was welcoming. It took me 20 min for the tall guy to tell me that his colleague will help me. And it was not about the language shy.
It is less better equipped than at Lavinia but it is hundred times nicer and especially the choice is exceptional. It is a Trough that you can make the most beautiful discoveries in Languedoc or Vallée du Rhône.
The Roll' Parisian, even French wine merchants.

The best of the best in each name: Lapierre, Richaud, Gramenon, Chave: they are all the major figures including sunrise values of the French vineyard.

Tasting very regularly.
