A location much coveted by Julien Gontran is probably why the shop didn't always, especially between noon and two where it offers fast food. But we can take a break in the afternoon to taste traditional but honest pastries. Between tartlets, foams, blanks, lightning, nit, macaroons, various and varied desserts, there are more than 80 different manufacturing. Other sweet temptations will seduce you through a wide variety of dry cakes, such as cookies, palm trees, cakes, cannelés, Saint-Germain, financiers, cakes, Basque cakes, etc. Julien invented a few years ago the Gâteau cake, a rather astonishing Dacquoise pistachio raspberry.
