Disappointing service.

I actually love their tea, so I was excited to visit the shop - but the service completely let it down.
The shopkeeper let us smell a few teas, but made it very obvious she didn’t want to. When we asked for recommendations, she didn’t offer any. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers.

Many famous team brands in France, but I find their earl grey the best. The shop is small, with friendly staff and they will give you a sample of your choice to take home and try which I think is a nice touch.

Le meilleur marchand de thé que j’ai trouvé à Paris, très grande qualité et rapport qualité prix très honnête, je le fréquente depuis 2018. Je recommande notamment le thé des invités, le thé jasmin dragon, le merveilleux chaï vert ou encore le thé blanc bergamote.

J'ai connu le meilleur acceuil dans les autres magasins de Benjamin & Barton. C'était tout a fait correct, mais l'impatience de la vendeuse était surprenante, pourtant je suis restée pas plus de 15 minutes (choix, commande, paiement).

La boutique du 11eme indique une fermeture jusqu'à fin avril....mai le 2 mai elle est toujours fermée.. c est la deuxième fois que je me déplace pour rien.... il vaut mieux aller dans la boutique du 8eme
