The Grand Palais is an architectural feat that, at the time, symbolised the entry into a new, resolutely modern world.

Pending the reopening of the Grand Palais, which has been closed for renovation, two other venues have been created. The "Grand Palais Ephémère", with its remarkable wooden framework, will host exhibitions, live shows, and other events on the Champ-de-Mars. In summer 2024, it will host judo, wrestling, wheelchair rugby, and para-judo events. The second temporary space, the "Grand Palais Immersif", set up in part of the "salle modulable" at the Opéra Bastille, is dedicated to digital exhibitions.

Apesar da estrutura ser incrivelmente bela como concepção arquitetônica ainda assim rouba um pouco da atenção das obras de arte expostas, faltando lógico aquecimento no inverno e algo para refrescar no verão, um excelente lugar para grandes exposições ou feiras. Não existe um café decente no local.

Ahhh le grand palais, architecture magnifique avec cette coupole en fer forgé, superbe. Exposition euphorique euphoria basé sur le vent air ballon ... Une parenthèse de légèreté, apaisante. Adapté a tout le monde, on passe de salle en salle avec différents thèmes toujours centrer sur le ballon, on revient en enfance avec la piscine a balles version boîte de nuit, on en ressort léger. A la fin de la visite possibilité de se restaurer. Je conseil de prendre les places sur le site internet a l'avance. Je valide allez y.
