FOUQUET’S BARRIERE – BAR LE LUCIEN
Hotel bar
4.7/5
Recommended
The bar Le Lucien, located on the first floor of the Fouquet's Barrière Hotel and decorated by Jacques Garcia, offers an elegant and warm atmosphere on the background of music lounge. The bartender Stéphane Ginouvès, Best Worker in France, drew up the cocktail card. As for the dishes, they were imagined by Chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer, also the Best Worker in France. Lucien attracts a predominantly Parisian clientele who wants to spend a moment of calm and refinement.

From the very moment we arrived in Paris, we knew this would be something special. We were greeted at the plane, a seamless welcome that felt more like the arrival of royalty than hotel guests. The transition from Charles de Gaulle to the hotel was effortless, and upon stepping into Le Fouquet’s, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of refinement, warmth, and genuine care.
The service? World-class is an understatement. The team at Le Fouquet’s anticipated our every need before we could even voice it. It was as if they had mastered the art of reading minds—every detail was flawlessly orchestrated, every interaction delivered with the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. The concierge team, the restaurant staff, the housekeeping—every single person embodied the essence of five-star hospitality.
The suite was nothing short of breathtaking, a sanctuary of Parisian elegance where luxury and comfort intertwined seamlessly. The meticulous attention to detail, the exquisite furnishings, and the enchanting views made it impossible not to feel utterly transported. Every morning, we woke to the soft glow of the Parisian sunrise filtering through our windows, and every evening, we returned to a perfectly curated haven.
Dining at Fouquet’s? A culinary symphony. Every meal was a testament to French gastronomy at its finest—flawless execution, divine flavors, and an ambiance that effortlessly married history and modern luxury. Whether it was a leisurely breakfast, an indulgent afternoon tea, or a magnificent dinner, each experience was elevated beyond expectation.
The spa? A retreat within a retreat. A place where time slowed down, where every treatment was executed with precision, and where tranquility reigned supreme.
But what truly sets Le Fouquet’s apart isn’t just its stunning property, its Michelin-worthy cuisine, or its unrivaled amenities—it’s the people. The team here does not simply provide a service; they create unforgettable moments. Their passion, pride, and dedication transform a luxury stay into a masterpiece of hospitality.
After traveling extensively and staying in some of the world’s finest hotels, I can unequivocally say that Le Fouquet’s is in a league of its own. This is not just a place to stay in Paris—it is the place to stay. If you seek the pinnacle of Parisian luxury, a stay where perfection is not just delivered but surpassed, then look no further.
To the entire team at Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s: merci infiniment for an experience that we will cherish forever. We cannot wait to return.
