The Four Seasons George V Bar plays the classic Louis XVI style furniture, fireplace and library books creating a warm atmosphere. The bartender chef Johann Burgos offers, for example, the "George Fizz", fresh strawberries and raspberries mixed with a guava juice and orange juice, covered with grenadine, all shaké to champagne. Martini enthusiasts will be able to choose from the numerous cocktails shown on the theme of colours: " Purple martini "based on cream and cream of cassis or even" Red Martini "which mixes watermelon liqueur and peach cream. In the heart of the hotel, La Galerie - Flemish furniture and tapestries - offers a nice alternative for lunch at the pace of light and sophisticated restoration, designed by Philippe Legendre. During tea time, a pianist accompanies guests in the room, cocktails are served until the evening in the outdoor courtyard.
