Nous étions venus dans cet hôtel il y a quelques années et l’avions apprécié.
Aujourd’hui l’hôtel commence à être défraîchi et a pris un petit coup de vieux.
Quelques soucis dans les salles de bain et le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur de cet gamme d’hôtel.
Les points positifs sont l’emplacement , la propreté de la chambre et la literie.
Trop cher par rapport à la concurrence, dommage…

サンラザール駅から近く、ホテル内にはハマスが無料で利用できる。宿泊代を考えると、立地と設備は満足のいくものだ。また、昼過ぎは、朝食場に水や紅茶やコーヒー、そして小さいクロワッサンなどが置いてあり無料で利用できる。

Ми вибрали цей готель для вікенду в грудні, бо він розташований не далеко від оперного театру і галереї. Також вдячні готелю, що врахували наші побажання. Готель знаходиться в тихому місці. В номері зручне ліжко і подушки, є сейф, міні бар. Також були халати і парасолька на випадок дощу, не знаю, чи у всіх категоріях номерів вони є. Опалення - від кондиціонера і в кімнаті швидко стає тепло. Нажаль, у ванній кімнаті немає опалення, то ж ми на ніч залишали відчинені двері, щоб тепло йшло туди з номера. Здається в номерах не погана звукоізоляція, чи нам пощастило з сусідами. Поряд з нами була родина з дитиною. Лише один раз ми чули дитячий сміх ввечері з сусідньої кімнати. Єдине, що на фотографіях кімната для сніданків виглядає більшою, ніж є насправді, але завжди були вільні місця. Також зона для їжі була не великою, але вибір хороший. Можна зробити як солодкий, так і солоний сніданок. Кава з каво машини не дуже смачна, ми її пили у місті під час прогулянки. Взагалі, ми отримали від готелю те, що очікували

The room had a very weird smell, but other than that it was very comfortable and the service in the hotel is excellent!
The TV doesn’t allow for any function to connect your phone or to a platform which I believe these days is quite outdated.

THIS IS MY 4TH STAY AND I REALLY LIKE THE HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE STAFF AND THERE SUPPORT AND THE HOTEL THERE QUICK RESPONSE TO ANYTHING AND THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HOTEL.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr unzuverlässig! Hat am Tag der Anreise unsere Buchung storniert, da zu dieser Zeit eine große Messe in der Stadt ist/ war und das Hotel wohl überbucht hat oder unser Preis zu günstig für die Unterkunft war! Am Flughafen erhielten wir auf einmal eine Mail, dass unsere Kreditkarten für eine Pre Authorisierung nicht funktionieren würden. Alles Quatsch! Eine große Warnung vor diesen Geschäftsgebahren!

This was such a weird experience.
We came and had pre paid for the hotel before hand which was fine, when we arrived they said to pay again and then they would return the previous payment which was very odd, after refusing and going back and forth a few times they said it was fine.
The main issue I had is the fact the room was not cleaned once even though the sign had been placed, I then asked one of the staff why was it not cleaned and they said there was some items on the bed to which I said okay but it is a bit odd as not even towels were changed or the floor cleaned which is quite gross for staying for three nights and four days. The person who worked there then said they got sent a picture which he showed me which was of my room!
It’s disturbing especially as a female that pictures of the contents of my room were taken and passed and sent to other members of staff!
As a female or anyone do not stay at this hotel as they took pictures quite literally of my room and belongings and showed it to one another. I only managed to find this out due to the staff member showing me. I was offered to have the drinks in the mini fridge as compensation but sadly that does not dim the fact this is not best practice.

Très bon séjour, bien situé mais problème avec le personnel. Celui de nuit rien à dire très très sympa mais celui de journée est agressif.
PS: ne mettez pas spa quand il y a juste un Hammam

Superbe hôtel, très bien placé, très propre et décoration soignée. Gentillesse et professionnalisme de l'ensemble du personnel.
On se sent comme chez soi. Chambre très bien insonorisée, literie très bonne, très cosy. A chaque passage à Paris, nous venons ici. Merci.

Pas très commercial, dormi dans une chambre à 19degre avec une lumière toute la nuit.

The room was very small, but not uncommon for Paris. I enjoyed the balcony and ability to open the windows. This also helped because I couldn't control the heat in the room. I needed to open the window at night to keep the room cool enough for sleeping.

Petit hôtel, bien situé. Nous avions choisi une chambre supérieure, nous avons eu la chambre handicapée qui ne reprend ni la décoration des autres chambres ni le confort.
La chambre n’a pas été refaite. Les produits de beauté sont nuls et vous avez un savon liquide c’est tout.
Je déconseille cet hôtel.

First off, the desk people are amazing, helpful and accommodating. Five star goes to all of them. I'd recommend this hotel to any US traveler; having said that we have stayed at a "big" size room. "Big" means in French standards not tiny. The bed comfort, shower fixtures and room cleanliness were all great. Try to get a bigger size room (with a terrace for instance). A tiny criticism is that the hotel entrance needs a face lift- it does not look like a four star in the first glance. Otherwise, a very good stay, nice location in between st. Madeleine and St. Augustine.
