Pizza of 15 cm made with homemade dough and fresh ingredients, two steps from the Madeleine in Paris.
Just a step away from the Madeleine, Matteo successfully revisits the concept of pizzeria! Here, no XXL pizza that can never be finished, but pizzas of 15 cm in diameter at low prices. The dough is homemade and rests 3 days before being spread by hand with the order; everything is then cooked on the spot, the ingredients are fresh and most of them come directly from Italy (ricotta, Buffalo mozzarella, gorgonzola, etc.). Each of it has a number, from one to ten, in increasing order according to the price of the pizza. The number four is a Regina, filled with tomatoes, mozzarella, cooked ham, mushrooms and oregano. The number seven is a pizza with grilled vegetables. The number ten is a pizza with Cream, gorgonzola, ventricina, riquette (wild rocket) and dried tomatoes. You can accompany the pizza with a salad filled with tuna or parmesan and, as for the dessert, you can choose a pizza with nutella this time. Eat-in or take away.
