In her elegant shop, which looks nothing like the creamery of yesteryear, Claire Griffon lives for her cheeses, or almost. She is not only demanding of herself, but also of her products. Her cheeses are perfectly selected and matured (the shop has a maturing cellar in the basement). The watchwords here, in addition to quality, are the enhancement of the product, the service - the house offers a service on the board rather than on shelves to better visualize the selected cheeses -, originality... Among other creations, let's mention the chèvrefleurs, the eggs in mimolette with pistachio chips, the goat's cheese with gingerbread spices... A visit is necessary to know more.

the excellent wines of camembert, old county, Mount d'or, but also of the specialties unforgettable houses including Fontainebleau, the Brie with nuts, st. felician with truffles or eggs of old mimolette to pistachios... a delight!
