Please do not claim you have not received any communication because I do have proof. Please see attached screenshots with dates. If I do not receive a refund within 3 business days, I will be reporting your business as fraud to both of my banks as this is unacceptable for me to beg for my money back which you have taken without authority.
Avoid! They have charged me twice on two cards as they claimed that the payment was declined. Upon realisation when I returned to UK I have contacted them and have been trying to get a refund since March!! We are in July! They took all my details off on email and upon following up with them multiple times on email and instagram I am still yet to receive a refund. I will be reporting this as fraud as I have been promised a refund and I’m begging for my money back that they gave unrightfully took from me. Disgusting behaviour!
