Hmm le Thoumieux, parmi les 3279 bistrots parisiens, c'est bien lui mon préféré !
Le service, les plats, les desserts sont à la hauteur du bagage culturelle que porte fièrement la France, en allant manger là bas,
j'ai compris que tout ce que j'avais pu déguster jusqu'ici était fade, gris et triste. C'est depuis la découverte de ce suprême de volaille aux morilles que mon palais a dansé avec mes papilles, ma bouche s'est illuminée de jouissance gustative.
Quand aux desserts, ils sont si travaillés que même le grand chef Cyril Lignac n'a qu'a bien se tenir, à quoi bon manger d'or et d'argent lorsqu'on peu simplement se régaler autour d'une généreuse profiterole au chocolat !
Pour finir, je vous rappellerai que ce restaurant est mieux que tous les autres, il est même thoumieux !!
