Refined hotel with a neo-bistro restaurant, elegant and comfortable rooms and suites, a terrace suite.

The Saint, like Saint-Germain-des-Prés. A refined place out of fashion and time doubled by a neo-bistro restaurant. The Haussmann-inspired facade houses an establishment that is both a palace and a boutique hotel. The 54 elegant and comfortable rooms and suites, where classicism is the order of the day, are decorated in warm tones. They all have a unique character through the choice of materials, colours and fabric prints. Refinement, French savoir-vivre and the spirit of the left bank are all there. Located on the first floor of the hotel, the bright 40 m² suite-terrace has an independent lounge and two beautiful bathrooms and a private terrace of 14 m². Its restaurant Kult will awaken our taste buds with a French, gourmet, generous and delicately cared for cuisine. In addition to the high standards, a bartender offers a card of 10 signature cocktails created exclusively for Le Saint.

Last minute trip to Paris and the staff at the hotel made it exceptional! Our room was a beautiful suite, very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious but the highlight was Clement, the bartender in the cozy, lovely bar. Greeted us every evening when we arrived with a great smile! Perfect location, would definately stay here again!

I’ve stayed in perhaps twenty or more five-star boutique hotels in European capitals, and while each has had its own unique character and charm, Pavillon Faubourg Saint Germain (PFSG) impressed me the most. Nina and Brice were particularly helpful and friendly, making our experience all the more memorable.||We needed a room for four nights in Paris around New Year’s Day. Our preference is usually a Junior Suite so we can move around comfortably, unwind in the late afternoon before heading out again in the evening. We also appreciate being able to unpack fully, so we feel at home. Additionally, we sought a quiet, chic, and central location, ideally within walking distance of museums, attractions, and restaurants.||After researching PFSG on various hotel sites, I found it to be the best fit. I booked through the American Express Hotel Collection, which offered a better rate and more favorable terms than other platforms. Their rate included flexible cancellation, a full breakfast, and a variety of additional perks. I communicated with Brice, the concierge, who thoughtfully refined restaurant recommendations after understanding our preferences.||Upon arrival just after noon, I expected to ask about the Hotel Collection benefits—such as a $100 voucher, room upgrade (if available), early check-in, and late check-out. To my surprise, Nina, the charming receptionist, immediately handed me a sheet outlining these benefits and explained how to use them. She then informed us that they had a room upgrade available. We were escorted up five flights to the James Joyce Suite, the finest accommodation in the hotel. What a delightful surprise! Nina showed us around the suite and, true to the hotel’s culture, left without any expectation of a tip—something consistent throughout our stay. She and the entire team greeted us warmly each time we passed.||Over the course of our five-day stay, the attention to detail was evident. The room staff kept us well-stocked with bottled water (which we consumed in abundance). All snacks and beverages, including the refrigerated ones, were complimentary. They also provided adaptors for our US plugs and iPhones. Turn-down service patiently awaited our departure each evening. The cocktails in the bar were theatrical and fun, and the breakfast buffet was fresh, varied, and gourmet—among the best I’ve had. The omelettes were exceptional, and they even served us freshly filtered coffee instead of the standard Americano.||While much of the hotel’s amenities can be seen on the website—the pool, spa, and yoga room are lovely but small as I’d expected—the bar, though compact, was welcoming and friendly. We only dined in the restaurant for breakfast, but it’s worth noting it has a Michelin recommendation.||Every member of the PFSG team—reception, concierge, bartenders, breakfast servers, and room service—strives to meet an exceptionally high standard, and they succeeded. Though the hotel is not inexpensive and doesn’t offer a spectacular view, the neighborhood is quiet, chic, and just a few blocks from the Seine, within strolling distance to many major attractions, shops, and restaurants.||A heartfelt thank you to Nina, Brice, and the entire staff for making our stay in Paris so comfortable and memorable. We will cherish these wonderful memories.

Exceptional stay. Staff treated us great and the hotel was lovely. We booked via AmEx, and they accommodated the benefits beautifully. We traveled with our 1 year old and the hotel could not have supported us any better. We also used nearly all facilities (except a spa treatment), and everything was great.
