A quick review right after the meal. I might update it later, with the benefit of time.
Follow me for all my reviews and updates (I’ve tried all the Michelin stars in Paris under 365 days and every 3 stars in France… and more).

The restaurant is in the galaxy of Éclore that already have multiple stars.
It seems quite clear that they are looking for a star, like a real pro would. The service is there, the appetizers, the bread (the good one), the butter, the wine list, the mignardises also. It’s not just a gastronomic, it’s a gastronomic that wants a star and they re not shy about it.
The flavors are strong and the acidity is there to support it.
The service is aiming for the star.
The crowd was very business (a lunch during the week in front of the assemblée nationale…)
It’s a good place to be for a business meal indeed if you’re around. But even if you’re visiting, you want a break and want to be well treated, it’s also the right spot.
Side note: the vast majority of the staff is Italian (the chef is, etc..). It adds a little charm.

What could they work on? The cuisine is quite powerful, may be some steps to help us reach the level. The service is great but there’s some little room for improvements.
The strong points: The Michelin ready for a star atmosphere. The powerful flavor cuisine. The open cuisine setting.

Update: It was indeed awarded with a star a month later.

Bravo pour votre 1ere étoile ????…..C’est vraiment mérité. Une cuisine savoureuse qui mêle des saveurs originales….et les desserts ????!!!

Quelle belle surprise! Restaurant comme on les veut: une atmosphère chaleureuse, une équipe professionnelle et une cuisine à se lécher les babines. Nous avons passé, avec mon époux, la St Valentin au bar de cuisine et quel spectacle. Nous nous sommes régalé, avons put discuter en fin de soirée pour découvrir un chef passionné en plus de talentueux. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

Love the casual chill vibe and the mushroom sausage was a surprise ! Wait a long time to pay the bill. The first waiter forgot about us, and then we had to call someone else.

Incredible restaurant with top notch staff & service. Flavio and Aurora are absolutely amazing. Cant say enough about this place. Its a restaurant resy you should fight for before it blows up

Entrando qui per la prima volta, ho sentito subito l’atmosfera di pace e serenità.
Poche, pochissime volte succede.
Ti senti subito coccolata da hèmicycle.
Qui regna il buon gusto.
Avendo la cucina a vista si possono notare gli anni di duro lavoro, creando una esperienza unica dall’inizio alla fine.
Mi trovo a scrivere questa bellissima recensione essendo solamente alla prima portata.
Continuando questo viaggio posso solo dire che qui c’è la perfezione.
Bravissimi ragazzi continuate così ❤️

Honestly a very solid 8.5/10. New restaurant just opened 5 months ago, chef and pastry chef couple, that do modern French with Italian and Japanese twist. The food portion is very large, we had the 8 course meal. I think there are a lot of ideas here but needs a bit more time and finessing. That being said there are some interesting mixes of flavours. I would say that the mushroom roll dish was delicious and the desserts were a personal favourite (in particular the mix of Nori and citrus was genius!) ! Plating was beautiful, service and restaurant were excellent. Still definitely worth a visit :)

Grosse déception !!
Beau decor mais service peu chaleureux , beaucoup d’attente entre les plats, et trop de saveurs très marquées et tres puissantes qui gâchent l’ensemble des plats.
Il faut revenir à plus de simplicité notamment dans les desserts !
Vins hors de prix et au final une addition corsée pour peu d’émotions gustatives.

Un merveilleux moment de partage. Un accueil convivial. Assis au bar face aux cuisines, non seulement les plats et les vins étaient exquis mais c'était aussi un vrai spectacle de voir le Chef et sa brigade œuvrer. Une soirée exceptionnelle et j'aimerais bien connaître comment l'agneau est cuit tant la cuisson est parfaite et uniforme.

Dinner au bar face à la cuisine. Equipe très organisée ce qui nuit en rien a l'ambiance décontractée et conviviale. Plats succulents et surprenants. Félicitations à tous. A refaire...

Restaurant gastronomique ouvert il y a de cela qq mois. Clairement une belle identité de la part du chef: beaucoup de Pep's, de tension dans les plats. Ça secoue mais c'est pour notre plus grand bonheur. Privilégiez clairement un vin blanc en accompagnement !
A améliorer : une carte de vins avec des bouteilles moins "étiquettes" et un facteur multiplicateur plus faible aurait été le bienvenu ????
En un mot: un restaurant et une équipe clairement en route vers sa première étoile Michelin.

La cucina è come la letteratura: il contenuto non conta, conta come si racconta…. E io ve lo racconto con le mie immagini, con dei piccoli sotto titoli… immaginate un viaggio nel deserto dove i colori che incontriamo sono sabbiati e adesso osservate!

Bellissima scoperta a Parigi!
Un’ottima esperienza culinaria grazie allo chef Flavio Lucarini e al suo staff. Troverete un menù che ha personalità da vendere, non aspettatevi quindi niente di scontato o banale.
Un piacere ed un piccolo orgoglio scoprire che non solo lo chef ma anche buona parte dello staff è italiano. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare al più presto, poiché se manterranno questi standard presto l’attesa per trovare un tavolo disponibile aumenterà.

Unico neo, assolutamente marginale, come suggerito in altre recensioni, la luce nella sala è forse un po’ troppo intensa.
