Really bad experience. We arrived a bit late to the locker and, even though it said it was a day fee, the locker was blocked and there were no instructions on what to do. Finally we could get on the phone with an agent and, after waiting for so long, we managed to get our bags back but they charged us extra 5€! It was a nightmare. We had a flight and we almost lost it thanks to this problem.

J'ai l'habitude d'utiliser des casiers des consignes quand je vais à Paris. J'ai trouvé l'offre très intéressante déjà niveau prix et espace de rangement. Il serait bon de pouvoir développer votre concept un peu plus sur Paris, dans d'autres endroits et aux abords des gares.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Used the Chatelet branch to store the family’s luggage as we explored the city. Really efficient and clean process.

The unit is in a really pleasant, central street, with the premises themselves really clean. A large locker managed to store 4 medium suitcases with a bag at a squeeze. Only minor quibble was the front door was unlocked. However, I contacted their admin and they replied without much delay, endeavouring to fix the issue.

Centrally located, fast and efficient service, just keep in mind! That at midnight the term is over (only covered me for 6 hours) and for the same price in other places offer 24h the same amount and measures of suitcases.
