The Beaufortain Dairy Cooperative, located in Beaufort-sur-Doron in Savoie, brings together more than 180 farmers who deliver their milk for processing into Beaufort and marketing. In its Parisian space, behind the Odéon theater, the cooperative sells, in addition to Beaufort, other Savoyard products: cheeses, charcuterie, Beaufortain meat, wines and delicatessen. In the basement, in a vaulted room, a "cheese bar" allows gourmets to enjoy a plate of cheese in a friendly atmosphere.

Attention aux dates de péremption dans cette boutique , mésaventure m’est arrivée avec un petit Reblochon et de surcroît le vendeur ne m’a pas donné mon ticket de caisse . Donc impossible d’y retourner . Dommage, bons produits achetés depuis des années ( néanmoins environ 30% plus chers qu’en boutique province ..... Luxembourg oblige) . J’ai échangé avec le siège qui me demande de ramener le produit dans son emballage avec le ticket de caisse ????????, bref .... mauvaise expérience dans un magasin qui se veut quali.
