This high quality butchery is known for its meats but also and especially for its poultry from the Landes that end, for some, in the great rotisserie. The good big chickens placed on the spindle exhaling a large part of the street. They're soft and their skin's cracking. A treat for all lovers of poultry who still taste the taste and texture of the good farm chickens of their grandmother. The place is open according to long hourly beaches, and the slopes are particularly strong on Sunday morning, when the gourmets queue to get the essential Sunday chicken.
