The association L'Ecole à l'Hôpital was created in 1929 by Marie-Louise Imbert, professor of philosophy. Its objective is to organize education for young patients aged 5 to 25 years, in partnership with the French Ministry of Education. This education is free, individual, adapted to the demand, level and needs of each patient. The courses, run by qualified volunteers, are given in hospitals or at home (e.g. to children in recovery).

Opening time and information on L’ÉCOLE À L’HÔPITAL

Open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm; on Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Conditions to be a teacher: be between 21 and 70 years old, be a teacher or have teaching experience, hold a university degree with at least 3 years of higher education. Otherwise become an ambassador, by promoting the association.
