We've known him at Le Botanique, on the Right Bank, where he offered a hard-hitting gastronomic menu. Now here he is near Le Bon Marché, in an XS space. Here, Sugio Yamagushi, chef with a benevolent smile, passionately pilots a coffee shop with savory and sweet offerings as delicate as they are healthy. The former - such as this "comforting broth with lots of vegetables" - are made with sourced and often organic produce; the latter, like this fruit tart, are to die for. All accompanied by quality coffee, tea or chocolate.
