Taken over by the founders of O'Sullivan's pubs, the legendary Pub Saint-Germain reopened in December 2019 after a long period of closure. It boasts a look that is in stark contrast to the past: a chic British pub style with dimmed lights at night. Cocktails, wines, beers and other alcoholic beverages flow freely at the bar, especially when the atmosphere becomes more festive in the evening, mainly on weekends. The bar is a club with a DJ on Saturday and a real dance floor. To make up for all this, you can eat all night long quality fast food such as creamy burrata, crispy grilled meats, fish & chips or wood-fired pizzas.

J'ai en plus appris dans la soirée que certaines filles avaient, elles, droit à des prix HH jusqu'à plus de minuit.
Ce qui aurait pu être simplement malhonnête était finalement doublé d'un royal foutage de gueule.

En revanche les barmans malhonnêtes qui servent des réducs aux meufs pour pécho, c'est poubelle

Petit bémol cependant du côté de la cuisine. J’ai été un peu déçue par mon plat : un ingrédient non mentionné sur la carte était présent dans la sauce, et je n’ai malheureusement pas apprécié. Quant au dessert commandé par mon accompagnant, la description ne correspondait pas vraiment à ce qui a été servi, ce qui a créé une légère déception.
Malgré cela, l’expérience globale reste très positive et je recommanderais ce pub pour un bon moment entre amis dans une ambiance conviviale.
